This patch was in use before 1988, with the design reported as early as 1977. It is a new, medium size 4" wide and 4" tall color patch. It is 70% machine embroidered on black velvet, with a die cut edge, and a sealed back. This variety features a sealed back, a cleaner edge, and the embroidery is a little neater than the earlier, unsealed variety. The illustrations show the patch you will receive. Patches are shipped using the default Economy Shipping option (no action required of the buyer) with stamps which does not provide a tracking number. If you want tracking, change the shipping method during check-out to the USPS Ground Advantage shipping option orUSPS Priority Mail shipping option (a little faster).
