Description: Civil War Discharge Document Private John Copeland of Missouri March 1865. Mr. Copeland was only 18 years old after his 6 month stint when he was discharged! The glass border has been hand painted with roses and vine, a very nice touch. Also, the back board of the document is a really neat Paris Garters advertisement. Sorry about my phone and hand reflection in several of the photo. I took several additional photos at a strange angle in order to not show a reflection so you could see the document better. Thank you for your consideration.
