Stringent production standardshave resulted in an obsolescence rate of over 40%, causing nearly half of all dials produced to be scrapped.CIGA Design provides the ultimate experience to all wearers with painstaking standards.The initial engraving of the dial's contours is performedusing a CNC engraving machine with a 0.07 mm cuttinghead at a high speed of 20,000 RPM. This processtakes a total of 18 hours to complete.After the initial engraving is completed, the raw dial willbe coated with a corrosion-resistant black layer, a specialkind of ink to stabilize the follow-up electroplatingprocess and endure acid pickling.The intricate details on the dial are produced by a sec-ondary CNC engraving with a more precise 0.05 mm drillat a high speed of 20,000 RPM.
