Description: This lovely rosary necklace features a carved Mother of Pearl Madonna and Child inset into a carved Stone Ribbon Jasper leaf-shaped bead with a Lapis Lazuli focal bead. The prayer beads are multi-color opal and the decade beads are yellow-blue tiger eye. There are lapis lazuli and Czech crystal accent beads. The cross is carved Forest Fire Jasper. The prayer circle circumference is 28 inches and the total length, including the tail is 24 inches. Each rosary is carefully made with top-quality materials. I use 49-strand coated micro-woven beading wire with a test strength of at least 20 pounds. In addition to providing an elegant drape and subtle feel to the rosary, this wire provides strength and durability. Each decade set is locked into place to minimize wear and tear and reduce stress at the wire’s intersection with the centerpiece and cross. Wire guards are used to prevent fraying at the intersections which are crimped a minimum of four times. Packaged for gift giving, the piece will be delivered carefully wrapped in jewelry tissue paper, that has been placed inside an organza or velvet drawstring bag, and enclosed in a pillow box.
