Description: Wonderful vase made by Carlton Ware, England Heavily embossed design "ANEMONE " floral pattern Large round bulbous shape Model number 2957 (or possibly 2057) Hand painted with great attention to details in colours of purple and red all on a pale mint green background Perfect condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, stains, other damage or restoration Some fine pottery glaze crazing common with ceramic pieces of this era Likely dates from the 1940s Measures 4 3/4" tall Marked with Carlton Ware script mark in black with impressed model number 2957 Please ignore white spots on photo caused by camera flash This lovely vintage piece would make a wonderful addition to your Carlton Ware collection No reserve so good luck in your bids!
