This is a page from a book.... it has been framed... the book it is from is called IN DARKEST ENGLAND , AND THE WAY OUT by General William Booth ... c1890 ... this book sold over 200,000 copies and the proceedings he bought a farm HADLEIGH FARM ..and could do all his work from there. It is to do with the SALVATION ARMY and is a most interesting chromo-lithograph...titled SALVATION ARMY - WORK FOR ALL - SOCIAL CAMPAIGN ...... with an arch on 2 columns with wording and pictures all over it...and a map like centre..... starting at the top ... THE COLONY ACROSS THE SEA with FOREIGN LANDS to the right hand side and BRITISH COLONIES to the left side - THE FARM COLONY - THE CITY COLONY .... it is a very busy picture and thought provoking too. At the bottom KEY TO THE CHART. It is in a frame 15 x 21 inch with glass in front. You will only get it in the frame if you come here to pick it up...CASH ON COLLECTION...... otherwise it will be taken out of the frame and sent to you in a TUBE ! See pics.
