Trimmed to one leaf just smaller than 8x10", this period manila envelope bears an original 1971 NASA federal postal label with Aldrin's handwritten name in the return address, a handwritten destination address, and on the envelope itself, a handwritten note to "Please look hard for the addressee!!". In fine condition overall, item shows three punched holes for binding, two discreet pieces of tape in the upper corners from a previous display, and an "801" written postal marking from mailing.
