This wonderful cel setup (made up of 2 cels) is the dragon flying up in the air right after he's been lanced in the rear end! The cel setup measures approximately 10.5" x 12.5" has the Chuck Jones enterprises seal. There's some adhesive residue on the corners from a previous mounting.
