Broken Signed by Christopher RADKO Disney HAUNTED MANSION HOLIDAY Ornament 2004

Description: Please Read the issue with it Hard to Find Christopher Radko Disney ornament and rare signed version by him at the park Please note the side top chimney has a clean break to it .Sure looks like they use a spot of glass glue to put these on top and the glue has since come off or it was not put on with enough glue ,I am not sure . I do not collect these . This would need to be repaired if so desired . 2nd to last picture shows it loosely attached without glue so you can see the fit Also A small Nick front top to the left all the way to top kind of looks like snow (Blends in fine)but appears to be a small Nick approx. half the size of a pinhead as shown in pictures 3 and 4 certainly possible this was during the manufacturing of the item Signed on the front towards bottom Christopher Radko 2004 Selling this AS IS with the defect shown Please note this will be well packed for shipping and will need to be signed for .
