Originally from the Midwest, he was convinced to move to Austin in 2005 after an audition for David Peckham, Assistant Chair of the Guitar Department, at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Brandon has a strong base in blues/rock and country guitar, but has crossed over into many styles ranging from the hot and sticky delta blues to such contemporary legends as Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Brad Paisley and John Fogerty. Brandon considers himself an acoustic based, contemporary/alternative rock writer with a little country thrown in for good measure. Having established himself at Austin's finest live music venues, Brandon and his band plan to tour the Midwest in late summer to follow up the release of his new full length album.
