Chickens on our farm are free range on a 7 acres farm, along with ducks. Eggs will be shipped in foam containers with warning labels on package. Our fertility rates are 95 % and are fresh for each order. Although we have a good fertility rating, we cannot guarantee 100 % hatch rate due to shipping. Eggs do move around when being shipped due to shaking possibly or mishandling, we cannot control what happens to eggs once they leave our farm. This is why we will ship out extra eggs with your purchase. Your package will also include best practices for hatching eggs, but please also use your own research and knowledge. We are not chicksperts :)Eggs are shipped out the same day they are laid so there will be a lag between your order and shipping due to this. We will ship out eggs as soon as we can but want to ensure best quality. If your eggs are damaged, please let us know ASAP, and we can file a claim with USPS. To do this make sure you send us pictures of the damage and you contact us in a reasonable time. All of our shipments are insured up to $100. If any issues arise, please contact us before opening a claim with Ebay, and allow up to 24 hrs. for a response from us.
