Description: *****READ****** Barbie is new and has never been removed from the box. However, the issue is the box/wraper. I purchased a group of Barbies and got them home and they have a bit of an odor, the boxes for sure, but I can't tell about the doll. This is a sweet and fashionable international traveler who is flying off to places unkown. She's in a snappy outfit and has a wardrobe bag, hat box and more. It is perfect for the little girl who rips the box off and throws it away. Please understand that I cannot guarantee that the doll will not smell. I'm hoping not, but you never know. The box is as cute as can be and really makes the set. Perhaps the oder will disapate. I just received these this morning and haven't given them a chance. Your choice. This particular set is somewhat rare and brings a high price. I have taken the odor into consideration when choosing my price.
