baby shirley temple composition doll 18"

Description: Shirley Temple composition and cloth doll that was restored years ago. Her composition repaired and repainted and her cloth body replaced. Her crier is intact but does not work. There is paint on the body especially on the right leg above the composition. The cloth shoulders show some wear. She has a swivel head on a shoulder plate. Marked Shirley Temple on the back of her head. Her composition looks amazing with no chips, cracks or crazing that I can see. She has sleepy flirty eyes that function but her eyes are crazed. She does have a few chips on her eyelids that you can see when her eyes are closed. She has most of her eyelashes. Other features include: blushed cheeks, tops of hands and knees. Dotted nostrils and inner corner of eyes. Open mouth with red lips, but she has NO TEETH and NO TONGUE. Wig is not original and not attached great. You can see the clear glue in a few of the pictures like on the back of her head. Probably would be easy to remove to make her a bald baby with just the molded hair. If you keep the wig on, it will need restyled. Clothes are not original. She is wearing a diaper, preemie onesie and a dress. No socks and shoes. Blanket and chair NOT included. I believe the restoration was around the left eye, and she has a small little place on forehead that is really hard to see. Even with a few flaws she is still outstanding for her age!
