Photos are of the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic Condition The conditioner is in fairly good cosmetic condition: - It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail.The conditioner will ship without batteries (4x 12V SLA). It still has the plastic battery enclosure and wiring harness/cables necessary to install new batteries.Please see the testing description below for more information.No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the conditioner by plugging it in and powering it on. We allowed the conditioner (with its installed batteries) to charge overnight without load placed on it: To test the battery backup, we placed an approximately 700W load on the outlets. With the load connected, the conditioner would fail to power the load and display an "inverter overload" error message. From our research, this could indicator an inverter fault, but could also simply indicate batteries in poor condition that need replacing. We did notice that the charge level dropped some 10-15% fairly rapidly upon disconnecting from external power. Without new batteries on hand to replace, we were unable to test further. The conditioner will ship without batteries to reduce shipping cost.This is the full extent of the testing performed. Due to its condition, the conditioner is being sold as-is for parts or repair only. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
