Description: Beautiful Tiffany solid sterling clothing suspender clasp hallmarked Tiffany & Co and STERLING intended for use on a clothing strap I took this to a Tiffany store and was told that Tiffany began using the .925 designation or hallmark after 1850 so this buckle may predate 1850, as the stamp is 'sterling'.
