Condition report: being offered with the understanding that this is an antique that may show signs of age and wear: The one side of table top has a hairline spilt across top ( but is strong and sturdy ) There maybe scuff marks / polish marks on finish + The Two leaves are not original but cut boards to fit ( they do fit properly and when installed they are solid, strong, and, sturdy + Pads to fit properly but need cleaning and Velcro is worn + Overall Table is solid + Strong + and Sturdy!
