Top layer is a light sea foam green but lots of older layers with hints of red, black, yellow, off white, blue & green showing in spots. It measures approximately 17 1/2 inches height by 11 3/4 inches diameter of seat. It's in well used condition. The chippy paint is flaky & remnants fall off when touched.
