Description: This is an interesting petticoat. I believe at one point it was a smaller size. This is apparent by the double buttons to enlarge waist AND the lace trim at the back of the petticoat differs from the front lace trim. I didn't even notice this until I washed and pressed it :) Also the bottom hem is double layer, the underneath layer being plain with not trimming.
