Description: This is for an old vintage antique handcrafted clay pottery 2 handled amphora jug vessel. Unknown age, origin or what originally used for. Water? No markings we see. Piece weighs in at 13 lbs. It stands at appx 20 inches tall. Spout diameter of 3 3/8 inches. Actual opening of appx 2 inches. On handles, at widest area, is 2 inches. Thumb marks in handles. The bottom sit area has diamater of 4.75 inches. Appx diameter across widest area is appr 12 inches. Hard to get exact due to round shape. The circumference around largest area is 37.75 inches. Beautifully handcrafted piece. Wonderful natural aged worn patina to piece. Great collection display piece. A Mediterrean, European, or Wabi Sabi appearance. Imperfectly perfect piece. There is no actual damage to the piece. Cracks or breaks to pottery. Well cared for. Normal ware from age and usage Scuffs, discoloration, scuffs, worn areas ect.
