Description: Antique European religious bust of a saint or apostle, probably from a church, the head appears to be wood with a gilt finish, the upper torso is brass and hollow, see photos of the back, there are two holes at the bottom, not sure how it was used, as a wall decoration or upper part of a statue, the head is jointed, so you can position to look different directions, measuring 10" high x 7-1/4" wide x 3" deep (the brass part),this is not a freestanding piece, it needs to be mounted on something, CONDITION: AS IS, some wear overall to the gilt finish on the head, and overall darkening to the brass part from handling and age, sold as found, from a local estate.
