It is circa 1850-1870s. There is a beautiful round cut genuine emerald set presiding on top of a gorgeous antique mounting, depicting a horseshoe. The emerald measures 5.1mm and estimated to be 1/2 carat. It has great green color, fantastic brilliance! There are 9 fiery old European cut diamonds adorning the center gem. Total diamond weight is estimated to be .70 carats of old magic! The diamonds are estimated to be VS2-SI1 in clarity and H in color (near colorless). Very sparkly, very tall diamonds! The presentation measures 14.44mm tall (almost 5/8") x 11.79mm wide and is raised 5.4mm high. Size 7.25 finger (sizable) and weighs 4.9 grams of luxurious 14K gold. All stones are original to the mounting. There is a letter C engraved on the bottom of a horseshoe (see picture), your jeweler can remove it if so desired.Excellent condition.Very RARE! Very Pretty!
