Description: Antique Copeland Spode Porcelain Chinoiserie Cobalt Blue Gold Cup & Saucer Here is a very beautiful and unusual antique Copeland Spode porcelain Chinoiserie style cup and sacuer set with cobalt blue ground and much gold decoration. Saucer measures about 5 1/2" in diameter. Cup measures about 2 11/16" tall to top of handle and about 3 1/2" diameter at the mouth. Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. They appear to have had little or no use. There are a few very tiny specks of stray blue color on inside of cup. There is a scratched "x" on underside of cup, possibly indicating a second (?). Gold trim is in excellent condition with just the tiniest trace of rubbing to a couple spots on handle. A great-looking set. Please see photos.
