Description: These print/posters were given to me by Rupert Jasen Smith, Andy Warhol's close friend and his silk screen artist. There are 6 of them, with slight wear and slight tears in the 1-2" range that, when framed, will not affect the appearance. They have a mark stating "Authorized By The Andy Warhol Foundation For The Visual Arts." Produced to promote the Andy Warhol Exhibit at the Art Institute of Chicago. Approximately 27" by 39". It will be shipped in a tube. Published by The Art Institute of Chicago on the occasion of the exhibition, printed in France in 1989 in an unnumbered limited edition by Nouvelles Images S.A. Editeurs, with the authorized licensed rights of The Estate and Foundation of Andy Warhol. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1963 titled " The Kiss ( Bela Legosi ) ". This exact same artwork is available for $5400 on another site.
