Sunning to spine, strong binding, sturdy corners. Black marker used to cross out name and address of previous owner on frontspiece (see photo). Light soiling on a few pages, with stain showing at bottom outward edge that has tinged and slightly corrugated the lower corner of interior pages. Text block is clean and unmarked; book is tight, and solid. It is 9.5" x 6.5” wide and 772 pages including index.
