The Global Shipping Program is not currently providing multiple-item shipping discounts for domestic shipping charges automatically. However, if International customers purchase multiple items, I will provide a partial refund via Paypal on domestic shipping costs. I am using the ebay Global Shipping Program so that International buyers have access. I have no control over the GSP rates, which at first may seem a bit high.
