Description: ●Item Title5AT STEVEN WILSON HOME INVASION AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL JAPAN Blu-ray & 2 CD ●DescriptionCondition:New A full recording of a live performance by the solitary genius Steven Wilson at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall. With psychedelic projections and Bollywood dancers, the spectacular stage performance of his solo works and Porcupine Tree hits is truly a comprehensive work of art. There is no one who is more suited to the word genius than Steven Wilson. Musician, producer, and recording engineer. He plays not only keyboards, guitar, and bass, but also flute and dulcimer. I wonder how many band projects he is involved in. Porcupine Tree and No Man. Storm Corrosion, a project with Opeth's Mikael. Blackfield, a collaboration with Israeli musicians. And his musical style covers everything from rock and pop to extreme metal, jazz, and experimental music. It goes without saying that all of his works are of high quality. What's more, Porcupine Tree's albums have been a success, charting in various European countries, including his native England, and even in the United States. As a recording engineer and producer, he has earned the trust of such distinguished artists as King Crimson, Jethro Tull, EL&P, Yes, Rush, and Yoko Ono, so there is no need to be jealous of his talent. However, Steven Wilson is currently mainly active as a musician under his solo name. In 2003, he began releasing a single series titled ``Cover Version,'' which included two songs, an original song and a cover. In 2008, he released his solo debut album ``Insurgentes.'' Since then, he has consistently released albums such as ``Grace for Drowning'' (2011), ``The Raven That Refused to Sing (And Other Stories)'' (2013), ``Hand. Cannot. Erase.'' (2015), and ``To the Bone'' (2017). The height and depth of his creativity, which is endless, is astonishing. The live video work that will be released this time is titled "Home Invasion - In Concert at the Royal Albert Hall". It is a documentary of a live performance held at the Royal Albert Hall in London in March this year. The Royal Albert Hall is a historic venue built in the 19th century. It is a famous hall where Jimi Hendrix, the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, and others have played, but in fact Steven grew up nearby. It seems that the live performance at the prestigious hall that he has been familiar with since he was a child was also special for him. A total of 21 songs were performed on this day. 15 of them were solo songs. The remaining 6 songs were Porcupine Tree songs. His concerts are known to be very elaborate in terms of visuals, but the tricks on this day were even more amazing. A transparent screen was installed not only behind the stage but also in front of it, creating a surreal, psychedelic, yet beautiful projection. Fantastic lighting. Even Bollywood dancers appeared. This can only be described as a comprehensive work of art. Also appearing on this album is Ninet Taib, the Israeli singer who also participated in "To the Bone." Her powerful and beautiful voice is on full display. The main live performance alone is two and a half hours long, making this the perfect album to get to know the genius that is Steven Wilson. In addition, bonus footage includes rehearsals for the live performance and an interview with Steven. This is a must-see work of art for music lovers. The first limited edition comes with a two-disc CD containing the live performance.
