For sale is a group of 5 cartons that 9 pairs of Perfect Balloon Wheels.We got a huge collection of vintage RC airplane and car stuff years ago, including a ton of Perfect Balloon Wheels. We sold all of the wheels shortly thereafter, but a lot of them came in the original cartons that held the original pairs of wheels at the retail location where they were sold. We put them in a box and set them aside.We also got a ton of Perfect GasTanks that we since sold and we have 10 cartons available for sale, if you're interested in those, we'd be happy to combine shipping based on the total weight which won't be much more than these five cartons. We were going to throw these away, but we have never seen any others. We know these aren't the wheels or the little individual boxes they came in, but we bet you'd be hard pressed to find any others.We assume that someone out there would love to have these to hold their Perfect Balloon Wheels.Overall, they are in really nice condition, particularly considering their age. As you can see in the pictures above, 3 of these have both of the end flaps still firmly attached and the cartons are the best condition of the bunch. One has the top attached, but the bottom one has detached from the carton and the final carton has one of the flaps missing entirely.We know that these could be taken to a professional printer and remade to look exactly as these originals do. They could then easily be cut, folded and made into matching cartons.Given how hard these are to find, we just din't want to throw them in the garbage.
