The dolls are in great condition but the packaging shows wear and tear. They were recovered in an abandoned storage unit. The box may have some discoloration, flaws, tears or dried out tape which makes the box appear to have been opened, when in some cases, it has not. It is possible that you may receive one of these dolls that has flaws that were not disclosed in the description. This is ONLY because I did not take the doll out of the box when photographing it and was unaware of said flaws.
