Double the length of tape than leak area for better sealing, Keep the adhesive side down and lay it on the leak, set temperature low-to-medium steam(polyester/nylon), get a wet cloth to cover up the tape and your suits, press the iron onto tape for 5-10 seconds when the iron is warmed up, repeat this process for 3-5 times until you see a whitened line around the tape edges.Ideally apply the Tape to a small piece of waste fabric first to test adhesion strength - after test application and allowing time for cooling pull the tape back and you should feel a strong resistance. For a good seal to be achieved the temperature must be hot enough for the adhesive to be flowing / molten and pressure must be applied across the full width of the tape, use the iron again if needed.
