Description: This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These are newer examples, dating to 2019. The listed price includes one chair, and we have eight chairs in this colorway available for purchase. Their design features a lightweight polished aluminum frame, and their seats and backs are upholstered in Bristol Pearl Leather. The seats have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and these examples have a 5-star pneumatic base on casters. Each chair measures 15.5 inches deep. 23 inches wide, and is 41.75 inches high. Their base seat height is 20.5 inches, adjustable up to 22.25 inches. The leather is in lovely condition, with some small scuffs and scratches. There is some creasing to the leather. Overall, these chairs are in very good to excellent condition with some wear apparent. Please see photos. The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
