Description: SET of 2 Max Carl Original 1950’s Wind Up Monkeys | Monkey with Maracas | Monkey with Cymbals. Original tag on the ear of monkey with maracas. Made in West Germany. Mohair bodies and wearing felt hats. I believe the monkeys have been overwound as they do not work when key is turned. They will play when you manually move legs and head that I’ve shown in the video included in this listing. Sold as is. The plastic cymbals have indents and the material on the monkeys arms are not sewn but I believe they were made this way to allow for movement as others are also like this. Please review all photos as part of the description. They will make great display pieces for a vintage toy collector and are priced accordingly. B2
