The packs ranged from according to my scales from 20.50 to 21.70, the majority being 20.96 to 21.00 grams. Since this pack is 21.31 gram it is among the heavier packs and has the highest odds of a holo. Based on the weight i would give it 85% chance of a holo hit. The pack also has visible tiny pinholes in the back (as pictured). Every pack I checked had some version of these in the same exact spots which makes me believe it was a printing error, since there is absolutely 0 you can see through these miniscule holes. They're just from the Pokmon packing process from the 1999 WOTC days. I cannot guarantee what's inside, holo or not, this is all the info I have.
