Description: You are bidding on a sealed pack of 1998 Topps MLB Stars Baseball cards. These 6 card packs are HTA (Home Team Advantage) meaning they are hobby and were only available at Hobby Stores or Baseball Card shops. Yes, there are some kinds of retail packs, but those do not include all of the inserts. There are bronze or red cards numbered to 9799, there are silver cards numbered to 4399 and gold cards numbered to 2299. The odds of getting a gold card are listed as one every two packs. There are also Galaxies, Luminaries, and Supernovas. Each of these is limited to the best of the best players from 1998 and there even is a chance of getting a hall of fame autograph of such hall of fame players as Joe Morgan, Johnny Bench, Mike Schmidt, or a couple others. I just dug these packs out of my daughters closet the other day. I used to work baseball card shows in the late 1990s, early 2000s.
