Description: 1993 Australia Basketball NBL TIPTOP Promotion Card #44 Jim Havrilla- Rare. 1993 Futera NBL Tiptop promotion card set is one of the rarest promotion card sets ever released by Futera. The card is the same as 1993 Futera NBL base card set, so, there are 110 promotion card in the set. The front of the promotion card depicts the same cards as appeared in the 1993 NBL base set, but the back features a scratch game. Despite the fact that the design of the back is the same, the back of the cards especially the players name and statistics are different. The picture here is only sample of how it is look like. Compared with the 1993 NBL card set, the promotional Tiptop cards are printed on the 260 gsm stock and they are thiner than the 1993 NBL cards. This promotion campaign occured in February 1994. 1 card per loaf of the bread. The promotion and the game rules are far too confusing to collectors and the promotion was stopped after only two weeks. It was originally designed to last 6 weeks. This explained why the Tiptop 1993 NBL cards have been so hard to find, and a full set of 110 has been extremely rare item.
