Description: 1989 Vintage Disney 35mm Movie Film Reel Trailers The Lion King - Little Mermaid I will try my best to describe this item but please note I am taking some liberties as to what exactly this is. I purchase some reels from an estate and these were described to me as movie trailers. To the best of my knowledge, these reel contains Disney movie trailers to be shown during (before) the showing of the movie "The Little Mermaid" in 1989. As there is not additional information on this other than the sticker which says "Disney Trailer From: Mermaid" I unwound several feet of this reel to see what was on it. What I found within the first few feet is a clip from "The Lion King". Likely this reel contains additional trailers but The Lion King is what I did find. There are what appear to be spiced markers within the reel where other trailers are spliced together? This plastic reel is from "20th Century Fox", it measures 14.5 inches in diameter. This and the other reel I am also listing have been in storage for years. I have no idea of the condition of the film itself so I make no guarantee of the playability of this reel. Due to storage the first few feet of the film was is a little dusty. I have NOT attempted to clean any part of this for fear of messing something up.
