It folds closed, at that end the top latch is missing and the front panel on both sides is pushed in. There is no rigging for the decks, no flags, one of the doors on the kitchen cabinet is missing, the top bunk bed is loose, it may be missing a leg/upright, it cannot be attached because it is missing 2 yellow plastic bolts that hold it to wall, where there are 2 small holes. The bridge just sits on the boat, not locked in place. The kitchen cabinet, its one door, a small yellow ladder at the stern and the top bunk all come loose and will packed with paper loose inside the boat. There are no other pieces.
