Description: This listing is for a steering gear box and shaft that was removed from a 1955 Chevy passenger car. I think these are the same for 1955, 1956, and 1957. You may wish to confirm that. It turns and I do not see anything obviously wrong with it. Beyond that I can't say much about it. I got it years ago when I was collecting spare parts for a Tri-five project. The project is gone and I'm getting rid of the few pieces I have left. Please look at the pictures carefully and feel free to ask any questions.
