Description: Estate Auction find. Up for sale is a dainty little Sugar Bowl and Cream on a Tray. These items were made by Vallona Starr Pottery in California (which closed in the 1950s). They have Luster appearance and are in robin egg blue with gold trim (the inside of the creamer and bowl are white luster. The bottom of the bowl is marked “Vallona Star”. The bottom of the tray is marked in gold “Neva Hoskins 1954” (which I suspect was the original owner of this set).The tray is elongated octagon shaped and is about 5 ¾” long x 4” wide. The little bowl has scalloped edges and is about 2 ½” diameter x 1 ½” tall. The little creamer also has scalloped edges and a curly handle and is about 2 ¼” tall (to top of handle) x 2 ½” wide at handle. Beautify decorative set! Condition is Preowned / Used. Set is in good to very good condition for its age. There is a tiny chip on the top inside edge of tray and a chip on the bottom. The creamer has a chip on the bottom also.
