A beautiful vintage boxed set of chocolate shaving implements. Quite a scarce early candy toy. It is difficult to accurately date but the manufacturer was in Czechoslovakia and imported by a New York distributor who is still in business today and seems to be now based in Stamford CN. The box measures approx. 6 1/5” X 5” X 3/4” and is complete with 6 different pieces of foil wrapped chocolate. Some very minor wear to the box edges. The implements are shaped like a straight razor, a safety razor (in two pieces), a shaving brush and a mirror. The final piece seems to be a tube of shaving cream. The set as a whole is in excellent condition and displays very well. However the chocolate has long since turned and a few chips in the tin foil of the straight razor and the shaving cream show this. The photos tell the rest of the story. All items are well packed to assure that they arrive safely with over 18 years of shipping experience in selling collectibles.
