Being sold as is. The material has discolored a bit over time. There are larger smudges on the front in the matting area. One on the right and one on the left. There are some smaller various marks around the matting. There is a moisture stain on the upper left corner that is on the front through to the back. There are various stains on the back. There is bending and rounding on the corners. I tried to take pictures of everything I saw, but I may have missed something, and the colors didn't always show up well.
