ALL OF THE RUFFLES ARE TRIMMED IN GOLD AND RED SEQUINS WITH GOLD BEADING AND WHITE PEARLS. METAL ZIPPER CLOSES THE SIDE. NO LABELS AS TO THE MAKER. CONDITION: SOLD AS IT WAS ACQUIRED. THERE ARE SOME LINES OF TARNISH THAT RUN VERTICAL IN THE SKIRTING, NONE OF WHICH STAND OUT. THERE IS A SMALL FRAY TO THE UNDERARM ON THE RIGHT SIDE THAT IS COMPLETELY HIDDEN BY THE RUFFLING. THERE IS A FIST SIZED AREA OF TARNISH ON THE BOTTOM CENTER FRONT THAT EXTENDS SIX INCHES UP FROM THE FRONT. THE LEFT SHOULDER STRAP NEEDS TO BE STITCHED BACK INTO PLACE. THERE IS A LINE OF TARNISH SEEN ON THE UNDERARM EDGE. I WOULD CONSIDER REPLACING THE TRIM EDGE AT THAT POINT BUT NOT NOTED WHEN WORN.
