Issued circa 1932, this skip-numbered set of small (13/16"diameter) pins was produced by Orbit Gum and carries the Amerian Card Catalog designation of PR2. A color player lithograph is set against a green background with the player’s name and team printed on a strip of yellow below. The pin number is at the very bottom; pins after #40 are skip-numbered. These pins are similar to the Topps, Old London, Chips Salada, MLBPA and Shirriff coins and PM10, Yellow Basepath, Orbit and Caproal Pins but are much scarcer because they were issued in boxes of bubble gum.
