This could have been for a Fourth of July parade or it could have been for the Portland Rose Parade. No caption on the back. At the back of the wagon is a rolled-up hose and one man holding the end of it. Lots of patriotic flags everywhere. Postally unused. Minor corner wear. Glue residue along the edges on the back.
