Cox, April 4, AD 1885 and recorded April, 17, AD 1885 in Book D. 11 folio 424 at Mount Holly, New Jersey (2nd) South six degrees West fifteen chains and ninety-six links along the East side of said Cox's lot and a lot recently conveyed by the said Charles J.
