There is a name with a date of 1898 written on the inside page. The bind is very nice and tight. There isn't any loose pages or wear showing. The cover shows slight storage wear. The book is 8" x 10 1/2" and 1" thick. It is 660 pages long. There are many songs in here from years ago. Whoever wins this will be very satisfied with it and the condition.
