The original painting was exhibited at the Paris Exposition world’s fair in 1889, where it won accolades and awards. The print depicts adorable kittens, pink roses, a rococo clock, a perfume bottle, a basket and ribbons. This is a reproduced print and bear the artist's printed signature. We discovered this framed print several years ago among the contents of a Virginia estate. Although in poor condition, we were prompted to offer the print for sale after reading the handwritten request of a previous owner on the back of the print.. We hope you will re-frame and care or this print into the future! CONDITION: POOR. Small section of print missing at center [see photos]. Handwriting on back from previous owner requesting that this print be saved. Frame is included only to preserve print from further damage.
