Description: This auction is for a fabulous antique Specimen Jar from the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard University with a Certificate of Authenticity! I got this recently from a local estate. The COA and jar are numbered MT 1941. The jar was estimated to be 104 years old in 1977, so made in 1873. The COA is signed by Karen Wulfsberg, Curator of the Collection. The jar is almost 7.5" high and it has a pontil mark on the bottom. It has no chips or cracks. Check out the photos!
